Dear VMD Mailing List,

I am running version 1.9.1 and have run into some problems with the tools in the Analysis module (timeline, RMSD Calculator, Ramachandra Plot...).
If I try to start Timeline then I get the error message "Creation of window for 'timeline' failed (unknown color name "black")."
If I try to start Ramachandran Plot then I get the error message "Creation of window for 'ramaplot' failed (unknown color name "white").
If I try to start Sequence Viewer then I get the error message "Creation of window for 'sequence' failed (unknown color name "black").

I have had a look in the manual but have not managed to find anything that can help me. Is there anyone who have had the same problem or have an idea of what the problem could be?
