Hello:

   I try to install the vmdICE plugin
(http://www.meduniwien.ac.at/msi/biosim/bk/a1375/downlsa1375.html) for
VMD1.9 but failed.

   I copy all the .tcl file into

$VMD/plugins/noarch/tcl/vmdICE1.0/

  and edit ~/.vmdrc as following:

# embed plugin into VMD
######################################################
set dir /soft/vmd-1.9/plugins/noarch/tcl/vmdICE1.0
source /soft/vmd-1.9/plugins/noarch/tcl/vmdICE1.0/pkgIndex.tcl
vmd_install_extension vmdICE xrmsdgui_tk_cb "Analysis/vmdICE"

After this, I try to run VMD in terminal, but it always said:

The multiseq package could not be loaded
