Dear all,
I want to plot Radial Distribution function as a function of time (or
frames) from all the trajectories.
I ran simulation on Desmond. Loaded my trajectories on VMD successfully.

Secondly, I am dealing with a synthetic polymer and it's complex with a
small molecule.
I know this ligand binds with a specific residue.

Please suggest other properties I can analyse using VMD that will imply
specificity of liigand for this residue?
