Hi,
  Not directly with any existing built-in command, but this would
be easy to add. You can make new user-defined 'draw' commands,
all one would need for ellipsoids is to scale a sphere non-uniformly,
but you'll have to write this as a script at present. The User's guide
has an example of how to add new 'draw' commands. Let me know if you
still need help with this.
