Hi,

I reinstalled and updated my OS (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop (v.
5 for 64-bit x86_64) ) on my workstation (Dell Precision T5400) and,
also, I reinstalled the vmd (Version 1.8.7, LINUX_64 OpenGL, CUDA
(Linux (64-bit x86) with CUDA)). When I start the vmd, the display
turns black for approx 2 secs and I am logout as user. The same result
is with the corresponding version 1.8.6. I guess it is something
related to video card. I have a nVidia G84 [Quadro FX 1700] with the
driver dell-nvidia-14.11-dkms.x86_64.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
