I'v just installed vmd-1.8.7 on Linux platform, and then try to run.
there was a following error:

/home/bio006/programs/vmd187/vmd/vmd_LINUX: error while loading shared
libraries: libcudart.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory
