Hello
I study about complex flows. I want to simulate a system that contains two or more kind of polymers and one solvent. I want to utilize VMD to:
 
1) Visualize the equlibrium state of the system.
2) Visualize the movement of particles by an appropriate film.
 
I know the position of each particle and the existent bondings at each time step. Now, I want to know how can I prepare the input files for VMD with a suitable format.
 
Please guide me, if it's possible for you.
