Hey everyone! My name is Roshan and I have a question about the 3d
analygraph feature of VMD

I am creating some movies of simulation I ran and want to make them in 3d so
they can be seen by Red/Blue glasses

But when I select 3d analygraph, the view I get is of two separate molecules
colored normally side by side on the screen.

How can I view the molecule in red and blue that is appropriate for 3d
analygraph?

I am using VMD 1.8.6
