yes. those are plugins that are new with the beta version. it almost
looks as if you indeed installed the beta on top of the 1.8.6 version
and the uninstaller being used was the 1.8.6 uninstaller rather than
the one that came with the beta.

i suggest you clean up manually and try installing again.
