Hi!

 

I was tring to add iTrajComp plugin to VMD (version 1.8.6 for Windows). I write the followig code at vmd.rc :

 

lappend auto_path {C:\Program Files\University of Illinois\VMD\plugins}

vmd_install_extension itrajcomp itrajcomp_tk_cb "WMC PhysBio/iTrajComp"

 

 

The tool already appears, so it does not work well.

 

First, there are no options at tab "calculation". It is supposed that when you Click on tab 'Calculation' , they should appaer the option:

Select "rmsd"
Select "align" from the options (this will pre-align the pair of frames before calculating the rmsd)
 

Second, when I click the tab "new calculation" , the following mistake appears:
