Hey All,
I want to put a membrane protein into a membrane bi-layer. I know a way to
create the bi-layer. I am looking for any scripts that can be used to align
the protein in the membrane automatically. Does any one have any scripts for
doing this? I know of scripts that can be used to align manually. I am
wondering if it is possible to do them automatically.
