Dear vmd's users,
Besides of my own codes I have used VMD contaning the plugins for convert
files with different formats. Well, this procedure is Ok, but even though
I'm having a problem
when I try use in command line the catdcd, specially when I want convert
trajectory files, for example, trr file to xyz file and vice versa. I would
like suggestions about what options I should put in command line using
catdcd for converting trr trajectory file to xyz or dcd trajectory file?
Cheers,
Luciano
