Hi,
  Once you've installed the files for the inorganic builder plugin,
you'll still need to add it to the Extensions menu, via this
command:
vmd_install_extension inorganicbuilder inorganicBuilder_tk "Modeling/Inorganic Builder"

Once it has been added to the Extensions menu, you should be able to run it.
Let us know if you need more assistance.
