I want to use IED (http://mccammon.ucsd.edu/ied/) to analyze the motion of
protein. Everything goes well and I can get a visual result using IED. My
question is how to describe the result. And does anyone know whether IED can
add arrows on proteins to indicate its derections. I follow the instructions
on the website but I can not add such an arrow. Thanks
