Hi all,

I am trying to display s system with (several) unusually long bonds.
The pickbond script allows me to create those bonds using the mouse.
However, that information is lost if I save the state of my work using the
VND Main window.

- Is there any way to save those bonds for future use?

- or, even better, if I have the list of atoms that should be bonded
(their index numbers)
how can I create those bonds in an automatic way from the console?
