Hi all,
I am getting the following message when I try to run Multiseq under Windows
Vista.
The STAMP alignment failed with the following message:
couldn't open "c:/multiseq-406080740227.start.domain":invalid argument
Originally I was getting a "permission denied" error but from a previous
post they suggested changing the permissions under C:/ in the security tab
under properties. When I changed the permissions to allow me to do
everything I got the above error message.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Maurice.
