Hi:
I have observed that unfortunately I cannot run VMD installed on a
Linux server using XWIN32 or XDeep Xservers on a workstation running
Windows 2000 . Is there a remedy for the problem?
One could argue to use Windows version of VMD but I want to use Linux
version VMD and NAMD to submit my job the Linux server using my laptop
running on Windows 2000.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Thank you.
