Hi,
I want to use PMEpot plugin for a large trajectory which is stored among
several files. Since the total amount of memory needed to load them all
is much larger (13 Gb) than the physical memory available on the
compute node (< 1Gb), I would like to know if PMEpot plugin could be
used along with some other script designed to deal with long
trajectories, such as bigdcd. I would also like to use volmap plugin
over this trajectory.
Any suggestion?
