Dear vmd-l,
I need to move the center-of-mass to origin when processing simulation data,
but when
doing this, I met a problem. I could use a script in VMD to do this job
(move center-of-mass to the origin), and write out the dcd file after this.
The problem
is that catdcd no longer recognize the dcd file wroten out by VMD. Do you
have any
suggestions?
