I'll check out CHARMM units and make sure that is OK ...

Just to double check about color definition for electrostatic
potential, is this correct:
- red is for negative electrostatic potential (corresponding to
negatively charged residues on the molecular surface)
-and blue is for positive electrostatic potential (corresponding to
positively charged residues on the molecular surface)
