Hi,
  What tracker index does your wand inhabit in your .caverc?
I assume that you added the buttons, tracker, etc in your .vmdsensors file?
Please send me a copy of your .vmdsensors file and I'll have a look at
what you've done there. You must use the Tool menu in
VMD to create tools using the tracker/buttons for your CAVE wand before
it will appear on the screen.
