Dear all,

When I use VMD to do interactive essential dynamics(IED:
http://mccammon.ucsd.edu/ied/),
I meet with the python library error:
vmd/lib/vmd/scripts/python/Tkinter.py
value error: empty string for float()

I use vmd1.84 on IRIX300 and download lib_IRIX6_64.

The detaild error is indicated in the attached picture.

I use ptraj to do the PCA of one of my trajectory. For all atom of the
protein or for CA atom, I successfully get the first 25 eigenvectors and
projection file that needed for view in VMD(VMD1.8.4) with IED. I do this on
IRIX300.
Unfortunately, I could not project the motion mode. I attache a picture, at
whose bottom, the error message is underlined in red.

Please give me any suggestions. Great thanks
