Dear VMD Care taker
 
 Good Day!!!!
   
 I am now running simulations on my proteins. I want to plot the RMSF ( Root Mean Square Fluctuation) for my proteins. I want to plot a graph over the times steps (0 nano secs, 1 nano secs, 2 nanosecs) vs number of residues.
 
 Could you please help me in clearing my doubts. Can you tell me what are the input files that has to be given? Moreover i am not an expert in script writing, so please help me in calculating the RMSF plots. Also indicate if there is any simple script available?
