I tried loading a pdb generated from CNS on an SGI. Upon loading to
VMD, I wasn't getting any structure. So I vi'd the file from OS X and
it seems that the linefeeds were not converted and all of the PDB was
in a single line format.
It seems to open fine in iMol / MacPymol (with no editing), so should
it be up to the pdb author or vmd to compensate for missed linefeeds?
I ended up opening it in MacPymol, saving the pdb, and reopening in VMD.
Thanks
