Hello,

I am interested in computing phi and psi dihedral angles in alanine
dipeptide.
I searched for the scripts and I did locate the sample calculations in the
mailing
list. I was however wondering how to assign signs to the dihedral angle. If
I use
a cosine function to invert the dot products between the two normals, it
would
always return a positive angle.

Please let me know if anybody has experience with this.
