Vani,
  Which format of Delphi map are you trying to load? There are
both ASCII and Binary versions. The "phi" plugin got renamed
to "delphibig" since it reads the "big" variant (ASCII) of these
potential map files. You should be able to read the binary version
of these files using the "grd" plugin (delphi/grasp):
