Hi John,
Yes I did follow those steps.
For the lipid_surface.tcl script, I had to change the segname bit to
resname as I don't segnames in my pdb.
Then I follow the steps until and get this error on the penultimate
step:
Bad line:
Bad line:
Can't read "triangles": no such variable.
I haven't looked at the other script in as much detail yet, so I will
get back to you on that one.

What problems are you having with the delaunay scripts?
I assume you tried the steps listed on the script page below?:
