I'm having some difficulty running the wsphere.tcl script included in the
NAMD tutorials that puts a sphere of water around ubiquitin... The script
gets to the point where it calls
solvate $psf $pdb -o $box -minmax $minmax
Which goes fine until solvate gets to this point:
reading structure from psf file
/Users/atomicpirate/Documents/Caltech/Research/bin/UIUC/VMD/VMD
1.8.1.app/Contents/vmd/plugins/noarch/tcl/solvate1.2/wat.psf
Segmentation fault
Anyone else had this problem before?
