Dear All,

After over 16 years, I have lost interest in developing, maintaining and
updating the TopoTools plugin. It should come as no surprise to anybody
following its git repository and its lack of activity within the last few
years.

I will submit a final update to version 1.10 for inclusion into the next
VMD version with the last set of changes and am now looking for a new
maintainer that will take over the project and integrate submitted changes
and fix bugs and so on. It is a very mature project with know limitations
but very few bugs reported in recent years.
