Is it just for visualisation purposes? VMD has draw functions. https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/current/ug/node127.html

Note that line doesn't behave well with being pretty sometimes. A series of cylinders, cones, or spheres makes for some nice dashed line styles that interact nicely with materials and light-based graphics.

Subject: vmd-l: Add specific h-bonds

Dear All,

I know how to visualize h-bonds using HBonds drawing method, however,
I would like to manually add an h-bond representation. Is it possible?
I tried using "Add/Remove bonds", but it "creates covalent bonds".

Best wishes,
Dawid Grabarek
