Dear vmd list,

I have improved the rmsd vmd plugin adding support for trajectories.
I would like to add it to the vmd plugin library, but until then you
can find it at:
http://physiology.med.cornell.edu/faculty/hweinstein/vmdplugins/

There is another plugin in that webpage for visualazing clustered
structures. It is still under development, but if any one is
interested, please, fell free to download it.

Feedback about both plugins will be wellcome,
