I have been working with MEMBPLUGIN extension in VMD for some time now.
Most of the plots that are generated from MEMBPLUGIN have an option to be
exported as postscript plots or agr format (grace). However, in the
functionality Membrane thickness --> Thickness map --> Bottom/Top; when the
whole file is run and finally the results are out, the resulting plot from
"Plot average" has no option to be downloaded to any format. It's a plain
pop-up window.

Is there any way to export this thickness map into a postscript file/eps
file so that a high-resolution image can be obtained? Kindly help.
