Yes. See the user guide. https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/current/ug/node140.html I highly encourage you consider just turning command logging on (File->Log Tcl commands) the first time you set up the views you want. Then you use the logged commands as a template and build from there, since the commands aren't super intuitive from the basic description in the documentation.
