I am running my first QM/MM through VMD 1.9.4 Alpha QwikMD. I know that if ORCA is used, one could just open the .qwikmd file and the orbitals are loaded, but how do I load the orbitas/orbital trajectory if MOPAC 2016 is used through QwikMD?
