Dear All,

I am trying to analyze my constant force SMD simulations with Dynamic
Network Analysis. I have three simulations of a system in the same
conditions but I get ~1000 paths in two of the simulations while in the
third one I get ~20,000 paths. However, the cross-correlation plots look
very similar.

Could anyone please guide me on what might be causing such drastic
difference in the number of suboptimal paths between the same set of
residues?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
