Hi Murali,

The NERSC support folks are very friendly, and would know more about getting this working (or even getting VMD installed as a module) than we would. Another thing you may want to try is adding the "mesa" module, which *might* get you a different version of libGL in your path that does work.

Is there a way to fix this? Please note, I don't have root access on both the clusters. I am installing vmd within my account.
