John, is there any way to copy-paste from vmd console? Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V do not
work, and when I run glzinfo I have to many messages, I cannot type them all.
I tried to create log file but messages weren't copied there. Is there any
way to run glx such that the output is saved in log file?

What is XFree86 and why do I need to update it? Before I installed 1.8.2 I
just removed the folder with 1.8.1 version and nothing else, and then
downloaded and installed newer version.
