What about reading it into VMD? It will be stored as coordinates and you can do whatever you like from the TCL interface using atomselect or even easier, save it to an ascii format trajectory file like XYZ.

Dear All
I need to extract Velocity in X,Y,Z-direction at any time step from veldcd file, but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone guide me for this?
