Hi!

I don't think sending the same message multiple times will help. What have
you tried until now? Did you read the documentation? Where concretely is
the problem?

If you type "VMD radius of gyration" into google, the first hit is an
example script. Then you just have to calculate the autocorrelation. Typing
"VMD autocorrelation" again gives useful hits & scripts.
