Hi John,
I have two queries on VMD -
1. Radius of sphere of atom with scale=1.0 in the "VDW drawing method"
corresponds to the vdW radius of atom. Am I right?
2. There are interstitial empty spaces (voids) in the crystalline or
amorphous structures. I am wondering whether VMD can measure this spaces
based on the vdW radius of atoms.
I would appreciate your comments.
Best regards,
Sanjib
