Dear all,
I am trying to prepare mdff files in 32 bit windows system. I loaded a situs file of electron density map and used the command mdff griddx to produce a dx file for VEM:
mdff griddx -i target.situs -o target.dx
However, the program didn't produce any dx file, nor did it give any error message. How should I solve the problem?
