Dear VMD-Team,

 

I and maybe others could use the feature of being able to use a stride when
opening VMD from command line. Currently one can do something like:

 

vmd -parm7 my.top -dcd my.dcd

 

to quickly load a system. It would be nice if one could give a stride here
like:

 

vmd -parm7 my.top -dcd my.dcd 10
