Hi,
Can you send us the VMD startup messages that are printed on your
machine? It is possible you have a buggy graphics driver if you
have created a VolumeSlice rep and selected your potential map volume,
and it is not visible even upon rotating around a bit.
To color by potential, use the "color by volume" coloring method
and select your potential map volume. I'm hoping that you may have
just missed selecting your volume, rather than haivng a graphics driver
problem of some sort.
Cheers,
John Stone
