Hi,
  There's not really a way to delete a single frame from an existing file,
but you could create a new trajectory file that contains all of
the frames except for the bad one. That's the easiest solution.
>From the sound of it, your trajectory file has been corrupted somehow,
perhaps when it was first written, or maybe due to a disk error later on.
