Hello Everyone,
I was wondering how the purple image of the alpha-hemolysin channel was
made here: http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/hemolysin/
In particular, how was the cross-section made flat? Is this feature
implemented in VMD or was this done after the image was rendered?
Thanks,
Bob
