When I run SSrestraints, it only gets some of the beta sheets. VMD
appears to agree that there's more, because selecting extended_beta
indicates several others. Is there anything I can do to force
ssrestraints to find some more? The ones that are missing are quite
short (3 residues long) but I don't see why they wouldn't be
restrained.
