Yeah, as Dr. Kohlmeyer pointed out, your Perl has some issues.

What's the first line of your "configure" file look like? It should look like something like this:

#!/usr/bin/env perl

Run command "which perl". Replace the first line in "configure" file with the path that "which perl" gives you. But keep the "#!" symbol.

Run "./configure" again. If unsuccessful, try "perl ./configure LINUXAMD64" to see if it runs normally. If still no luck. You need to reinstall your Perl.
