Hi,
Is it possible to draw a transparent or translucent sphere of a specified
radius in VMD 1.9? I tried "draw sphere {0 0 0} radius 3" (where the radius
is specified in angstroms), but the sphere is opaque. The sphere also looks
rather "blocky"; is there any way to increase its resolution?
I am calculating spatial distribution functions, and I would like to plot a
sphere to show the radii (around the atom at the origin) that are taken into
account in my calculation.
Thank you,
