Hi,
  THe vmdICE download page lists the names of the authors, I would
suggest trying to contact them:
  http://www.meduniwien.ac.at/msi/biosim/bk/a1375/

You could also email the corresponding author of their paper if you
can't find a way to contact them any other way:
  http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jcc.21581/abstract
