Hi John,

I made the movie successfully, thanks a lot for your help. But I have
another question, in the movie I made I can only see the rotation but not
the aggregation of the system. Suppose I have a system in which particles
are aggregating from frame 1 to frame 500, my question is it possible to
make a movie in VMD where I can see the aggregation of the molecules from
the initial to the final frame, not only the rotational trajectory.

Thanks,
Siladitya
